I know, I know…its mind boggling to think about all the diet plans out there. I literally know people who have tried nearly every single one of them. Sure, they may have lost some weight, but they never kept up with the plan, and then gained most of their weight back. Most of the time they became discouraged because there was so much to think about, calories and carbs to count, too much protein, not enough protein…ug!! And then all the different diets out there: Atkins diet, makers diet, south beach diet, mediteranean diet, smoothie diet, zone diet, weight watchers and hundreds more….ug again! Think about this…every single one of these diets was devised by someone to line their pockets. Most of these have sold books and made millions, and others have membership fees. Truthfully, none of them really work. So then, how in the world does one actually lose the weight and keep it off? There's a way!
